James Kelly is attentive and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He answered my questions about expectations on negotiations and was understanding about my particular situation regarding relocation possibilities.

"Tour de force of empathy and advocacy" The standout aspect of my experience was T. Smith's empathy and advocacy. He maintained constant communication, obtained feedback, sat in on my interviews, and advocated for my abilities.
