I had a quick and positive response to my request to find a short-term expert on setting up Oracle NetSuite. So far, I am well pleased with the result. I will certainly use AF to find a permanent employee when the time is right.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Max Powers for several years, a relationship that recently took a professional turn when I needed new employment due to my previous employer relocating out of state. Despite being gainfully employed for the longest time and only casually exploring new opportunities, I hadn't found anything compelling—until I reached out to Max. Max's efficiency and network were immediately apparent. Within two weeks of contacting him, he had me attending interviews, demonstrating an impressive understanding of both my skills and the industry landscape. But it wasn't just about getting any job; Max was committed to finding the right fit for me. Within two months, not only was I hired, but I also secured a position that offered a better salary and more comprehensive benefits than I had before. What stands out about Max is his ability to connect people to jobs and his vision for potential growth and development within a role. The position he helped me obtain comes with full implementation responsibilities, substantial room for growth, and opportunities to engage with continuing projects, new modules, and 3rd party SuiteApps integration. This role challenges me and aligns with my career aspirations, thanks to Max's insight and dedication. For anyone looking to navigate the complex job market, Max Powers is not just a consultant; he's a career advocate and strategist. His approach is personalized, thoughtful, and results-driven. I'm incredibly grateful for his support and highly recommend his services to anyone seeking meaningful and rewarding employment opportunities.
