Anderson Advisors is a Las Vegas based business planning and consulting firm with a focus on providing high-quality services and resources to small business owners, investors, traders and other professionals. We offer registered agent services, entity formation services (LLC, Corporation, Trusts, LPs, etc.) and virtual offices for businesses nationwide. Our consultants consist of attorneys, tax professionals and planners who travel nationwide to speak at conferences and seminars on subject matters concerning asset protection, taxes and business planning. AA staff are very professional, helpful, timely and organized! Highly recommended. Take some of their online courses/youtube talks to see if they are a good fit for you. Then go to one of their classes in person if you can.

Great Service! Ever since I started using the services of Anderson my team has had great success. I can actually sleep at night and no longer need to worry about my properties and if things are structured correctly. The knowledge I have gained has allowed me to be more independent in making more informed decisions.

These people are crooks, DO NOT trust anything they say. I paid them over $15,000 to take care of everything. They took care of nothing, screwed up everything they touched. After all that money, I got about 8 LLCs and a corporation I didn't want. Now 2 years later I just want a simple amendment to an LLC and they won't even return my call. Please do not do business with this company!!

Terrible + unethical company. If I could give zero stars I would. If you own and run a business and you care about the success and health of this business DO NOT under any circumstances use Anderson Advisors. They are absolutely terrible. They F#%*ed up my books so badly; they were constantly late with bookkeeping; they changed my bookkeeper every 2 to 3 months and every time the new person completely dropped the ball and did not take the time to learn the nuances of my business; and they completely failed to be accountable and responsible for all of the problems they created. My books were so poorly kept that I was routinely making decisions about my business based on erroneous and error filled books/financial numbers. They cost me an enormous amount of time and money. And their services got progressively worse as time went by. I tried to work with them to correct all of their issues, and when I did so ... get this .... they blamed me for all of their terrible mistakes and poor work product. They literally wrote to me in an email that it was my "fault". It's a wonder that AA didn't drive me into bankruptcy. I think their behavior in our professional relationship was terrible and unethical and most likely illegal. Like I said, find a company to manage/advise on your finances that is anyone but Anderson Advisors. Learn from my mistake.

Not being familiar with the way LLC,s Land Trust, etc. work I'm in a Learn-As-You-Go mode. Roberta Hubbell has been invaluable in helping me to get timely answers to my questions. Anderson's support team is terrific. I wouldn't want to try this without it.

This is a full service company, as an investor in real estate I have so many needs. It's great to get it all handled through one company. They have, and continue to hold my hand through the whole process of forming a company that protects you and will become a long standing, well founded entity. The staff and Attorney's have truly opened my eyes through there continued educational workshops. God send, that's who they are to me...
