I'm not going to continue with these supplements, it's because I don't know of any benefits for my diet and my health. Thank you for letting me try these out.

Do NOT buy!!! I had been ordering beef liver glfor three months. Then I took a break for a month. When I went to reorder again, as I finished paying a page popped up that gave me a huge discount for ordering two other ones that ive been wanting to try. I thought it was going to discount the order I was just finishing because it had not yet given me an order number or any information yet of when it would be delivered so I thought it would just add it to the current order and give me the discount. However, after I did receive the final info, I was then notified in my email that it had made two separate transactions and charged almost $200. I was actually going to eat the money because I couldn't get ahold of anyone through the email for support. Then two days later, they sent a message saying my order was delivered when it was not! I tried desperately to contact ANYONE from the company and there is ZERO way of contacting anyone. There's no phone numbers and the day after I had sent the emails, they came back as undeliverable. DO NOT purchase anything from this company unless your willing to get ripped off!

I have had a similar experience as others. I ordered supplements from this company and they put me on a subscription that "didn't exist". They kept sending me items and charging me and when I tried to cancel they said I had only placed one order. Don't give this company your credit card information. I ended up having to call my bank to block charges because Ancestral Supplement's customer service was so bad.

Got a package from Amazon that was not ordered. Amazon stated that the supplement could not be returned (I discarded the items) and I would not be charged. On Nov 20 my credit card was charged by Ancestorial Supplements. They would not issue a refund because I did not return the product. I find I have a subscription for more items! Tere is no easy way to cancel the subscription and their customer service does not respond when asked for help. Be cautious when dealing with these folks.

The products may work for some people but I used 1 bottle and saw no benefit. My problem is, when I canceled my subscription and wanted a refund I was told I could not get one. On the website it stated that there is a money back guarantee so I was, understandably annoyed.

UPDATED: A year later, the company finally responded. They did eventually issue my refund, but only after I had to file a claim to get it. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company. I’m also very skeptical of the overwhelmingly positive reviews here, which do not seem consistent with my experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. placed an order with Ancestral Supplements for $165 and received an order confirmation along with tracking information. However, the tracking status stayed at “Label Created” and never progressed. The product was never shipped. After almost a month of waiting, I contacted them. Their response was a lengthy apology blaming Amazon shipping issues and claiming the situation was out of their control. They went into detail about how they wished they could handle delivery themselves, but it was clearly an attempt to shift blame—when in reality, the product never even left their warehouse. To make matters worse, I discovered they had somehow enrolled me in an auto-subscription I never authorized. I immediately requested a refund, but have yet to receive any response. I have since had to file a claim against them. $165 is a lot of money for me, and I feel completely misled. Their customer service team manipulated the situation, turned the tables, and outright lied instead of taking accountability. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

Not a good company. Yes the website looks good and all the testimonials. Their refund policy seems great too, but I've had a lot of problems making two returns. First they didn't refund the money after 2 weeks of having the product. Fine, maybe it was overlooked. They refunded it when I emailed them. BUT when I returned the second product, well same thing -- NO REFUND. I emailed support 4 times with a response of "wait the 3-5 business days" and then after those days passed and no refund I emailed the company 3 more times over a period of two weeks and NO RESPONSE each time. You literally have to fight for your money back from this company. And now, they refunded the money but then charged me for it again, so I'm still dealing with their bs. I don't trust this company at all.

I made a $330 order which is not small for a first time purchase from this company. Prior to ordering on Dec 23, they confirmed if I paid expedite shipping, it would arrive in 2 days (I ordered right away with the expectation it would come by Jan 4). No one responded for days to my emails and when they did they blamed the shipping company which was a blatant lie. For that reason I don’t trust the company and wouldn’t recommend. As per the tracking number: Dec 23 - shipping label created Dec 29 - package received by carrier Jan 2 - package processed at USPS Jan 3 - package handed to International carrier Jan 10 - scheduled delivery The company uses regular US Postal Service while charging $110 expedite shipping. Then blaming the shipping company, holidays, etc. if they sent this expedite with a courier like they were supposed to, it would have arrived in less than a week.
