Scam company, they took my money and ran. I've lost my confidence in trustpilot as they have reflected all positive reviews for this scam company. In reality, AMZ Starters never existed as they were using fake address in Miami FL which I personally verified to be non existent

They go me for $10,000.00. Earlier this year they were suppose to launch an Amazon and a Walmart store for me. Everything looked legit to a point. I was guaranteed a return on investment in 2-6 months. After 6 months had passed and I had no store I asked my project manager Mike Murphy for a refund. He said he put in for in. Tried to contact them about a week later and all the numbers I have for them are no longer in service, the website isn't working. Haven't given up yet though, even if I don't get my money back I want to see people in PRISON.

I want to share my experience with AMZStarters which was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share my thoughts and hopefully help others avoid the same mistakes. From the very beginning, my interaction with AMZStarters was unprofessional. Their communication was poor, and I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving any response. This lack of communication became an ongoing issue throughout the process. I initially contacted them to help with my Amazon business, expecting a professional service that would guide me through the intricacies of setting up and optimizing my store. However, the consultation I received was vague, generic, and not tailored to my specific needs. It felt like they were just going through the motions, offering advice that could be easily found through a quick Google search. The quality of the work was subpar, to say the least. The marketing strategies they suggested were not only ineffective but also outdated. I was promised a significant increase in sales, but instead, my business struggled to gain any traction. When I attempted to reach out for clarification or adjustments, the support was either slow or completely non-existent. Additionally, the pricing they quoted was not transparent. I ended up paying more than what was initially agreed upon, and the final product or service delivered didn’t match the value I was expecting. There was no clear breakdown of services, and I felt like I was overcharged for something that didn’t meet basic expectations. To make matters worse, the team at AMZStarters was unresponsive when I raised my concerns. They were dismissive and seemed uninterested in addressing the issues I encountered. This lack of professionalism left me feeling like my business didn’t matter to them. In summary, my experience with AMZStarters was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, poor-quality service, and ineffective strategies resulted in wasted time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional assistance with their Amazon business. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for expert help.
