Hi SJ, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your long-standing support and are glad to hear that Liposomal Vitamin C has been such a helpful part of your routine over the years. We are very sorry that our recent changes felt unclear or misleading. That was never our intention, and we understand how the shift in bottle size and price per serving could come across that way. Your feedback is important, and we take concerns like this seriously. Earlier this year, we made the decision to adjust the product size with the goal of making it more accessible for more customers. However, rising supply chain costs, including tariffs, ultimately required a higher price adjustment than we had originally planned. While the format changed, a price increase would have been necessary even if we had kept the larger size. We recognize that this change has been frustrating, especially for loyal customers like you, and we are truly sorry for the disappointment it has caused. Transparency and trust are incredibly important to us, and we will continue working to communicate more clearly moving forward. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to support your health, and we completely understand needing to adjust your order. If there is anything further we can do to support you, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can contact us at [email protected] or by phone at (571) 721-0424. Sincerely, The AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® Team

Hi Robyn, Thank you for sharing your experience; we’re truly sorry to hear what you went through. We can only imagine how concerning and distressing it must have been to feel that unwell, especially when you were trying to follow a new protocol and couldn’t get the guidance you needed right away. This is absolutely not the experience we want for anyone. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you had reaching our support team and for the frustration caused by those bounced emails. That’s not the level of care or accessibility we strive to provide, and we’re actively looking into what may have gone wrong so we can prevent this from happening again. We’re very glad to hear that you were able to recover. We understand how upsetting and disruptive this experience must have been, especially given the impact on your health, time, and work. Please know that your safety and well-being are very important to us, and we always encourage customers to discontinue use and seek medical attention if they experience severe or concerning symptoms. We also want to acknowledge that a full refund has been issued for your purchase. While we hope this helps, we understand it doesn’t undo your experience, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. If you’re open to it, we would still welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly and provide any additional support or answers you may need. Our Customer Success Team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, by phone at 512-721-0424, by email at [email protected], and via chat. Hi Brenda, We completely understand that changes like this can be disappointing, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We’ve responded directly to the email you sent us, but for full transparency, here is our reply below: Hi Brenda, I truly apologize for any inconvenience this change has caused and I completely understand your disappointment. Earlier this year, we made the decision to adjust the product size and pricing with the intention of making it more accessible to a wider range of customers. Unfortunately, unexpected increases in supply chain costs, particularly due to tariffs, required us to raise the price more than we had initially anticipated. At the time of our decision, the original pricing for the 8 oz bottle would have been more in line with switching to the smaller size. Had we kept the 16 oz size, a price increase would have been unavoidable as well. As a gesture of appreciation for your understanding and loyalty, I’ve added 400 points to your Thrive Rewards Account. We truly value you as a customer and greatly appreciate your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with.
