This has been a very frustrating ordeal with this company. We paid for a appliance hookup and they have not been very cooperative in getting here. It's been almost two months and they are still not here. Don't recommend this company. Avoid them.

What a joke of a company!! They cannot offer any delivery confirmations, delivery appointments - they just show up at your house. They don't answer the phone. A total scam. Horrible customer service.

Lied everyday for 2 weeks about when the delivery was going to happen. Still lying. Items have been in their delivery wharehouse for over 10 days and they still can't tell me when it's coming. I don't know how they can still be in business with the countless BBB complaints and horrible customer service.

This company is way too slow. We ordered furniture online and they use this company for delivery. We paid $250 and waited 5 weeks. In the meantime, they called and asked if we would like their white glove service which would entail them lifting the furniture up and carrying it into the house (no stairs), unpacking it, and setting it up. So in total it would have been $500. No thanks! So anyway, we paid $250 only to wait over 5 weeks while the furniture sat in their warehouse. Part of the problem in my opinion is that they are covering too many states. In our case, they were delivering from New York to where we live in Virginia. Thus, they apparently waited until they had enough orders to make it worth their while. We left messages one day and the manager did not call back. A couple times they promised to schedule the delivery but never came through. Another time they scheduled delivery for a specific window, so we moved our furniture downstairs making room for the new. They canceled midday saying their truck broke, but then my husband found out information that seemed to prove that wasn't true. We called again. Finally, we had a scheduled delivery after five and a half weeks since they had received the furniture. They told us they would arrive between 11: 30 a.m. and 3: 30 p.m.. While I was at church at 10:00 that morning, I noticed my phone had been called several times. I tried to call back but the recording said it was closed for the weekend. (Why would they call us on a phone to which you can't return a call when they're making deliveries?) Anyhow, they had arrived at our house an hour and a half early. They have the gall in advance to say that if we weren't there at the delivery time they would charge us a fee. How about if they canceled the scheduled delivery entirely after we had already moved our furniture to make room for it? Or how about if they arrive an hour and a half early? Thankfully, I was able to rush home in time for their truck to pull around the corner. The men who came were very pleasant, but anyways, I would never use this service again.

Worst trucking company/experience - wich i would have rread the reviews before ordering a piece of furniture from a company that uses AM Trucking Co. to deliver for them. Have waited over 6 weeks for the to get my item here, and when they FINALLY get it scheduled for delivery, they show up and IT'S NOT ON THE TRUCK!! HOW ARE THEY EVEN IN BUSINESS!!!!??? Need to report them to the Better Business Bureau!!!

Ordered a fridge from AJ Madison in early May because they promised fast shipping. AM Delivery put a stop to that idea. Took weeks to arrive locally, then bonus week for AM to get its logistics in order to actually deliver it. Communication was always initiated from our end with little help on their end ("it arrived in our warehouse yesterday", "it will arrive in our warehouse tomorrow," "it should be delivered Thursday," "we can't give you a delivery date"). Fridge finally arrived, and we had to send it back because it had a hole in the side despite box looking fine (will not order again from AJ Madison). Two months later--mid-July--got an email from AM saying they have our item from AJ Madison and will contact us next week to deliver. Did they never return the dud fridge to AJ, or are they emailing about an imaginary fridge to remind us of their logistical incompetence and how awful it is to communicate with them?

Horrible service. Took 13 days for my order to finally arrive. Sat around for HOURS on two different delivery days after the truck broke down the day it was originally supposed to be delivered. An absolutely awful experience.

Significant damage to our steps and threshold while delivering a refrigerator. They denied doing the damage even though we watched and heard it happen. The employees were extremely careless, unskilled, dishonest, and disrespectful. Will avoid doing business in the future with anyone who uses this delivery service.
