I purchased one window perch and I'm going to get at least one more. It's extremely well-made and sturdy...my cat loves to take a running leap onto it! I can move/install it easily, so my cats can have a different perspective every couple of weeks. Just a great, well-made product with when-promised delivery!

Had it about a year now & the entire UV light component stopped working entirely. (I’ve tried replacing the bulb) Also the little plastic lever on top that open & closes the water flow valve has completely broken off. I have to use needle nose pliers when I open it. Thank goodness its only once every six months. I wish I would have just spent the extra money & bought a FLuval ..

Wonderful product (fish aquarium filter), But trying to get replacement parts is a nightmare no telephone number. I’ve left a message on their email no response. At this point in time, I would never buy another product from them because you can’t get any parts.

The parts came in a timely manner. There wasn't much communication as to when it shipped and trying to track it. I received it in good condition and it fit nicely on my canister filter. I'm so grateful for that! Overall, a good seller and experience.
