Good communication in purchase but problems with PayPal checkout. Order was not what I was expecting. Colors on website were not what arrived. I understand they could be random, but I ordered three and didn’t get the colors I needed in even one.

Everything was great though, I had to weight in an extremely long line to pick up my online order... Which would have been okay if that's the experience I was expecting. If I recall correctly, your website mentioned curbside, which was a big factor in placing my purchase. When I arrived at the store I called to ask where to pull up for curbside but was instructed I had to come in. I would make it more clear to your customer how to pick up an online order so that they don't arrive thinking it will be quick and then have to enter and wait (the line was snaked around a good portion of the store).

Online Prices were excellent instead of inflated for tin Mexican Christmas ornaments. Unfortunately, I ordered a "poinsettia" like flat ornament shown online in red and green. When I opened the package, 2/3s of the ornaments were pink or yellow instead, despite there being no notation or photo that any color besides a red and green one even existed, much less would be sent. Not at all what I expected or wanted. So those are going back and now I have to head out to crowded stores instead for dog-proof ornaments.

I have placed several orders with you company. This was the first order I received and was very disappointed with the products ordered. I ordered 12 unicorn light up necklaces for my 5 year old's birthday party. Only 8 necklaces lite up and it it to late to send back in order for them to get her on time. DISAPPOINTED.

Everything here only problem package slightly ripped, but that could have happened in delivery other than that great experience will use again.

I received the confetti eggs that I ordered. The colors or nice! I have about 1/2 doz broken eggs from three boxes. They were packed in the top (or bottom). Not enough protection in my option for those boxes that are placed top/bottom of box.

Is there a better way of packaging them? This is the second time I've ordered cascarones and at least 1/4 of them are cracked.
