Hi Sam, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that our product did not get your full satisfaction. I see you ordered one Make Your Own Sample Kit and one Fabric Spray (Amber & Oud). Just clarify that we do not have Amber Rose. We do offer niche oriental fragrances, and scents are totally a personal choice and we do appreciate your courage in picking and purchasing oud and heavy scents from our collection. We do care about your satisfaction and we can work something out, either by replacing it, exchanging it, or simply returning it. You can always reach out to our customer support at [email protected] / [email protected]. I will have them reach out to you to move forward with your inquiry. Thank you. Hi Samsuj, Thank you for posting your feedback. We’re known for our outstanding fragrances and their long-lasting scents, and we regret that wasn't the case with your fragrance purchase. Our oils are blended with strong notes combined specifically to be long-lasting, selected primarily for each fragrance to have an enriching scent. I see you ordered a Black Stone oil blend which is known as a strong and long-lasting scent due to its deep and animalic composition. Numerous variables contribute to scent longevity e.g. areas of application, amount of oil applied to the skin, and skin condition where moisturizing the skin before applying fragrances is recommended to make scents last longer. We always aim to deliver a great experience and we test our scents before releasing them. The feedback we get from our samplings is that the scents last for an exceptional duration. We would like the opportunity to further look into your feedback and make it right. Feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again. Thank you. Best, Amir Oud Fragrance
