Very friendly and answered all my questions. It would be five stars if it were free, but still seems well priced. I will see when its delivered.

Sales was 5+. Justin was topnotch. He answered all my questions and kept me abreast of any changes in shipping. Shipping however was why I gave 4 stars. They were a 5 star delivery except for the part where I had to meet the truck to pick up my chairs. They only had a 48 foot truck, which was too big to get in where I live. Truck driver was very nice, however. Just have a trailer with a drop down tailgate because they are very heavy with only one truck driver to move them. Then when you get home have some strong backs to get them, (I ordered.2) in the house. Chairs are fabulous. We both love them. Very comfortable and stylish.

We are awaiting installation of the 2nd stair lift purchased from your company. the first one has been simply fabulous, and everything went perfectly smooth when we bought it. The 2nd should'nt be any different except for one thing. You should review your policy of requiring payment in full before installation. We finalized the sale and paid the salesman on Jan 28th. A few days later he called and said there was a problem obtaining the correct model, and we would receive the lift delivered directly to our house (???) in "a few days." As of Feb 11 there was no stair lift at our door. I called and was told that, according to your E-mail ( I received no E-mail) the lift would arrive at my house by COB Feb 12, and the installers would call to schedule the installation by Feb 14. From the customer's viewpoint, there would normally be no anxiety on my part, except for the small fact that you have had my money for 2 weeks.

The stair lift was delivered in a reasonable time and was complete.

The ordering process went very well. I should have been sent a "tracking" function, but wasn't. Hope it arrives soon.

To place an order with your company was so easy and the consultant was extremely helpful. The delivery went smoothly except that the caregiver had to put the chair together -they wouldn’t even carry it in the house and it was raining outside. ( that situation should never happen ) My father finds the chair very uncomfortable but I’m not sure if it really is uncomfortable or he is being stubborn and is saying he didn’t want it. My mother enjoys it and it does help her stand up. When I have to spend the night it is perfect for me to be comfortable next to him, when I need to help him use the restroom. Thank you. I would buy a second if there was a need.

During the process of my stairlift purchase for our Community Center. Tim Worley was helpful in the purchase and understanding of the needs for our center. As we move to payment. We submitted a check for the purchase and once the invoices was paid. The equipment was order and sent to the address of the center. The delivery service put the packages in the parking lot and it was good that arrived at the location at that time to carry the packages into the building for safe keeping waiting for the installation. The installation guy called me to installed and begin the install and said that they were not sure why Ameriglide sold us the wrong unit. I called Tim and he explain that this unit was ADA compliance and industrial and this is why the company recommended the unit. At this point we are satisfied with the purchase and install and awaiting the usage of our members. Thank you and look forward to our next purchase.

Timothy Worley was very helpful in finding our church a lift we could afford. When we get it and installed we will see how easy was to put in. Thank you for your help
