I ordered and paid for a kit back in October. Still haven't received it. Back in March I was told it would 3 weeks and I was 12th on the list. In June I finally got a response to my repeated calls and emails and was told I was 18th on the list. How does that happen? I am unable to rate the still as I don't have it. Their customer service is terrible. If it was an option I would give 0 stars at this point.

I ordered and Paid for Moonshine Kit in January 2026 and after many e-mails, text messages and phone calls. I have received my still or NO REFUND. This company will take orders and your funds and you will NEVER see it .

I ordered a funnel and proofing parrot over a year ago. They took my money and have not delivered the order. They are nonresponsive to phone or email.

Have a complete setup and another pot from them. Interchangeable easily. No issues with them. Very good product. Good communication. Will by from the again

I called to discuss what I wanted in a still and in our conversation Jon mentioned that he had exactly the setup I wanted, already built, but it had a slight dent in the boiler wall. He offered it at a discount and I snapped it up. Less than 2 weeks later, it arrived packed neatly in clean straw and when I examined it, I couldn’t find a flaw at all. I have been using this equipment for two years and love it! Customer service has been quick and helpful even after 2 years. Emails returned within 24 hours.

I received my product in a timely manner. The still came out as beautiful as can be. During that time, waiting on my order I reached out to American copper works to make sure they were a legitimate business. Jon replied back and reassured me that he was and that for the inconvenience of the next day shipping on the particular still I ordered he would give me a 3 gallon still instead of the 1.5 gallon still i ordered. I got the package and it was everything I asked for. He also was quick to reply back and give pointers and direction on distilling. I went through and read all the reviews just now before posting my own, the thought of this fella before me reading them does not align with what everyone else said about him being a con or disrespectful. He was highly respectful and a very good businessman. These things are hand crafted so anyone with common sense would know there would be a wait time. Besides that I’m happy with what I ordered. I’m excited about running. Thanks American copper works!! I’ll be doing business with y’all again soon.
