We were given an appointment the day after we initially called, and the knowledgeable technician arrived as scheduled. He fixed the problem at that visit. I have worked with American Alarm for decades. They are helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend them!

Thank you so much reaching out! If there is anything else we can help with please let us know. -The American Alarm Team
This is one of the most poorly run, chaotic, incompetent businesses I’ve ever worked with. If you have to get through you’re in big trouble. If the fire alarm is going off or the home alarm is going off, they put you on hold. I would give them an F.
