American ImageReviews of american-image.com

Organizing and coordinating a trade show event is hectic. American Image gives you peace of mind in knowing that you will have a quality product when you need it, and exactly how you want it. They are always there when you need them, and work closely with you to ensure that your needs are met. I highly recommend American Image to anyone with any trade show or marketing needs.

This was our first display system. I enjoyed the showroom and all the helpful no-pressure advice and patience while we got our graphic design ready. The units came to us looking and functioning just as we expected.

Quick and responsive customer service. Although there was a mistake in the ordering process (I think our order was sent elsewhere), it was speedily rectified. I would definitely use these folks again.

Amercian Image was great to work with. Communication was always clear and the product was produced as expected. Thanks!

This is a great company to do business with. The one issue I had was I had no indication that my order had shipped until after it had shipped and I wasn't in the office to get the email letting me know that. A little better communication on that is the only suggestion I have.

It is always a pleasure working with Charles. He always answers my questions or gets the right person to do so. Very quick and responsive. The only issue I had was I couldn't find the booth I was looking for on the main website, and it looked like it was on a sub domain.

I used American Image Displays to print a large standing banner for a nonprofit client to use for advertising at community events. A local pickup was required. American Image delivered a product of high printing quality exactly to specifications and in a very timely fashion, and there was no problem with the client themselves going in to pick it up as I had to travel out of town at the time. Will use them again.

I called and spoke with Michele who e-mailed a quote to me within 1 1/2 hours. She then sent me a second quote with an even better price for the same product. I placed the order and even with the designer out that day they were able to deliver the new mural for our booth within two weeks from the initial call to having the product in our warehouse. I was given a status update every few days and they came through with flying colors. The mural looks great. I have more projects ahead and I will definitely use American Image Displays.
