Great customer service

Still learning but reaching getting help has been very good

Just signed up and starting at 1/1/2026. Easy to understand the ledger and coding with language we understand. Have asked some questions on chat and got the answers I needed. More help is a phone call away and they checked back. Happy with the process so far.

I wasn’t sure about adding my transactions through a CSV file. I clicked on the tutorial video and it lead me to the correct steps, very seamlessly.

Made it easy to see where the money is going and to have an updated balance sheet at any time

I've only been using Ambrook since the 1st of the year but I am loving it so far! I love that I can search for answers to my questions & get answers I understand. Plus the tutorial videos are great! I love that it's in line with agriculture. Good job!!

The experience of using the product has been great. Their customer service and onboarding is outstanding. The tool is highly customizeable, but made for agriculture!
