Pleasant person but in the end were unable to deliver a visa in a timely way and I had to fly to LA to get my visa. No refund on their fee was offered even though I suggested that would be appropriate

The service was great and quick! However the price came out to be much more than what was quoted over the phone...

I paid almost $800 and then saw that the passport was only good for a year. That's not okay.

I paid almost $700 to get a VISA for Russia in under two weeks. It took almost three weeks to receive it and I was given only $80 in return for the delay (and only after asking). Not a pleasant experience. They are taking advantage of the fact they have a corner on the market for Russian visas in LA.

We paid a lot to have the visas expedited, I do understand that the consulat set the rule but the time was 3 times as long as the one promised

I had to contact back and forth with the visa officer and I didn’t get the passport on time until I realised that my flight is next week and ambassador passport office is not helping out. People tend to give delayed response or no response whatsoever

My VISA for India arrived a week after I was supposed to fly out. I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. Promises for arrival of the Visa kept coming but to no avail. Blame was placed on the Indian visas issuing authority, but again, I have no way of knowing whose fault it was. But again, I was totally relying on Ambassador.
