It's hard to believe care like this exists! I've used Amaze for a variety of concerns—therapy, primary care, urgent care—and every experience has been incredible. Every single provider I've encountered has been compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. It’s rare to find a healthcare service that makes you feel truly heard and cared for, but Amaze does exactly that. I can't recommend them enough!

Thank you Amber. It means a lot to the team here at Amaze to know they are making a difference.
I would not use these people if my life…
I would not use these people if my life depended on it. The exercise regimen she suggested would cause me to have to not work at all and that is not sustainable. Starting me over on medications I have already tried is a waste of time and money. It's like Treva just wanted me to prove it didn't work because she didn't believe me.
Popping pills constantly is not the solutions. Let's get to the root of the issue and not waste time with something that has already been tried and didn't work.
Waste of time, waste of money.

Hi Amy. I'm sorry you did not have a good experience with Treva. She is a wonderful medical provider and I believe she is mentioned, by name, more than any other provider here at Amaze in these very same Trustpilot reviews. Treva and anyone else at Amaze would always be happy to hear from you and try to find solutions that do work. I understand the frustration you might be feeling if Treva was asking you questions you've been asked before or was suggesting solutions you've tried. Establishing a baseline, ensuring things were tried with the right, methodical approach, supervision, and coaching sometimes means starting from the beginning. We have no incentive to waste anyone's time. Medical challenges can be, well, challenging. They require a two-way partnership and patience. Often it takes multiple conversations. And sometimes we don't all get on the same page immediately. But I can assure you that Treva is the most qualified and compassionate medical provider you'll ever find. Despite that, sometimes things just don't click between two people. The medical providers here at Amaze are just that--genuine people trying to do their very best for their patients. I do take exception to the suggestion that Treva would ask you to "pop pills." At Amaze, we are a subscription service. We do not get paid or make money in any way by prescribing things that someone doesn't need, or won't benefit from. And no one works harder to find the root cause of their patient's problems. If the suggestion didn't work for you or make sense, I'm sure Treva would have had that conversation with you and looked for other approaches. Since there are no time limits placed on our medical providers, no costs associated with meeting with them once, twice, or 100 times, she would have kept working with you. Had you asked to work with someone else, Treva would have arranged that, too. I think the impression people have of our entire American healthcare system and all of its dysfunction sometimes creates preconceived notions of what to expect. Partnership is the only way we work with our customers/patients at Amaze.
We've asked your health plan to cancel your subscription as you've requested. We're sorry we couldn't find a way to work together to find solutions to your challenges and wish you the best.
Quick help and amazing service!
I contacted Amaze when I was extremely sick with a stomach bug and was connected with a doctor within seconds. She was extremely attentive, informed, and kind! She answered all my questions and offered some advice/tips to try and I ended up feeling better within the next 12 hours. She even checked on me the next day by sending a message through the app!

Treva is a gem!
Treva is a true gem.Treva is patient, thorough, and genuinely interested in my health. She, and her team, have saved me countless hours and money by doing the legwork when I need a specialist, following up on my care, and offering sons medical care and prescriptions through telehealth visits. I tell everyone about Amaze.
Coverage through my employer ends this month, but I will be continuing on my own. Thank you!

Thank you Tammy. Your feedback means a lot, and we look forward to continuing to partner with you.
This needs to be the standard for everyone!
I wouldn’t have gotten the mental health care I needed without the wonderful team at amaze. A big problem, at least with mental health, is that it’s very difficult to find the right fit for your problems and if you do you have to hope that you have the right insurance for them. They take off all of that hassle and make it a lot easier to get connected to someone that can take care of those specific needs you may have. If I didn’t have amaze I would have lost the motivation to find someone and I would be stuck and miserable but now I feel so much better since they’ve found someone and it’s nice to know that they always have my back.

Medical Billing Assistance 10 out 10
I reached out to Amaze for assistance to solve fluctuation in charges from my provider for reoccurring treatments. Cayla at Amaze worked on my behalf speaking directly to my providers office to validate the charges - she found my provider did overcharge for the treatments. It took almost 2 years to get a resolution which resulted in two refunds back to me. Cayla never gave up working on my behalf which I am so grateful for. Amaze is a tremendous health partner and resource to help navigate the complicated billing- they are my go to for anything related to my medical needs.

Thank you Nicole. You're right, Cayla is terrific. The system is so broken that despite our best efforts, sometimes it feels like we're pounding our head against the wall. Cayla is a fighter who never gives up!
Amaze Health truly lives up to it's NAME!
Amaze Health truly lives up to its name—AMAZING! From the start, they have been fast, considerate, and incredibly thorough in helping me navigate a month-long sickness. Their team went above and beyond, not only meeting with me but also calling in prescriptions and blood work, offering to assist with a specialist referral if needed, and even reviewing my urgent care bill and insurance.
What really sets Amaze apart is their dedication—they’ve checked in on me, monitored my symptoms, and made themselves available at all hours to hop on a call and create a game plan to get me back to full health. Having this level of support has made getting care so much easier and more accessible.
Huge thanks to Craig, Laura, Laurie, and everyone else who has assisted me for their kindness and expertise. We love you, Amaze!
