I bought light filters and I'm focused on thickness and flexibility. Alzo provided wrong information or bad product. I paid 50$ for 5days delivery at home, I waited for more than 10 days and had issue to pick-up parcel at post-office. I had to pay extra 20$ for customs. No support provided by Alzo. No possibility to send back product and be refund. This is theft !

Quick help and excellent viability! I was truly amped up for the projects that I saw several days back. However, presently I'm having a great deal of issues, or, more than likely I'm totally content with their administrations.

I have purchased lights, stands, tripods, and various items useful for my video business over the past couple of years from Alzo and have never been disappointed - er, maybe once but they handled the matter perfectly. This is a business I now trust and will continue to shop at and recommend. Their prices are competitive and the quality/value is excellent.

Couldn't have asked for a better video/photo light. They were quick to ship out as well. Was expecting to wait a while since the product was so popular but they arrived much earlier. Thanks for the early surprise. Will definitely order another set.

I'm just a homeowner who was looking for bright, daylight CFLs for my exterior fixtures. Price was reasonable, bulbs just as advertised, with a long life (I've purchased from here before.) Shipping is quick, bulbs carefully packaged. An excellent source to bookmark!

Alzos' remote worked perfectly with both my DSLRs. Nice to get a product that works as advertised and delivered in a timely manner at the quoted price.

I ordered the Flip-Flash bracket/Umbrella kit and since using it at a couple of weddings and other events, it is here to stay in my bag. Alzodigital has created a tremendous product and makes going from horizontal or vertical a snap. Add you favorite speedlight and modifier, or use the umbrella, and you get an easy way to work in fast moving events. I had one of the old "flip flash" brackets and used it once as it was WAY too much trouble in fast shooting situations. Not with this one! Alzo's shipping and service is great. They ship fast and free on larger orders. And their products are true pro quality, which is important as a wedding and portrait professional.

I made an order from Canada and I wanted the products to be shipped in USA. I know i was charge because i paid with my credit card but the products was not delivered because i paid with the card from Canada and they think was a scam. I made a lot of orders at other companies from USA exactly the same and i never had this problem. ALZO should give an email with this problem and i would reply to this. I wanted to track my package but there is no option like that on the website. IF YOU TAKE MY MONEY THAN THE PACKAGE HAS TO BE DELIVERED. YOU NEVER HEARD ABOUT GIFTS? YOU TOLD ME SOMEONE CALLED ME FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT I NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM YOU. IF YOU DIDN'T REACH ME THAN YOU SHOULD SENT TO ME ONE EMAIL. OR YOU GUYS DON"T HAVE INTERNET?

Response from Alzodigital· May 9, 2014
Our credit card processing system indicated that this customers transaction was very high risk. We called the customer asking for a different payment method and the customer did not respond to the message that we left on the answering machine. We require verbal contact with customers when the credit card processing system reports very high risk. After 7 days the customer sent an email requesting a tracking number. We were then able to verbally connect with the customer and we negotiated an acceptable payment method, we then processed the transaction and shipped the order.
