Unstable and missing key legal documents
They frequently keep changing their name and their Discord server, saying they are discontinuing support on the old one and that everyone must join the new one. This happens often and gets quite annoying. They also don't have a Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or Terms of Service (ToS). I would be careful and ask them what they do with your data; without these documents, the company practically has no contract with you and could technically ban you for no reason. They also take a really long time to respond to simple stuff. Overall, if you're looking for a long-term solution, I believe this is not the right place.
