alt F4 LLCAlt F4 (altf4.codes) is a digital storefront for PC and console gamers, selling game keys, gift cards, platform top-ups (including PlayStation Network and Xbox), subscription codes, in-game currency, and downloadable content. We operate as a first-party retailer and merchant of record for every order on the site -- nothing on Alt F4 is a third-party marketplace listing. When you buy from us, you're buying directly from Alt F4, and we're the ones responsible for making that order right, whether that means a working key, a refund, or straightforward customer support. There's no reseller network to navigate and no ambiguity about who to contact if something goes wrong. Our catalog covers a wide range of titles, from current releases to older and mid-tier back-catalog games that are harder to find elsewhere, plus subscriptions for platforms and services players already use, and top-ups for major consoles.Alt F4 currently serves customers in the United States. We're a small, independently run business -- not a large marketplace -- which means every order, every support request, and every review reaches the same team. If you're looking for a digital game store that sells directly and stands behind what it sells, that's what we're building.

Got a code for Killing Floor 2 and the code worked with steam so even if the business is newly established I got my money worth so far.

Hi Aaron, Thanks for giving a new store a chance, and for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad your Killing Floor 2 key worked without a hitch. We're working every day to earn that fifth star, and we hope to see you back.
Easy to use site and got my codes fast!

Hi Ezra, Thank you so much! We worked hard to make the site simple and quick, so it's great to hear it did its job. Enjoy your games, and we hope to see you again.
Your business model isn't transparent for the consumer. I'd have a much better taste in my mouth after an 0/1 refunded key if the following was made transparent upon purchase; "Usually delivered within 15 minutes. This key is sourced after purchase and is not currently held in our inventory. If unavailable, you'll receive a refund." Your own systems contradict the fact as to whether you own or source the keys at the point of sale. Transparency around this would also foster trust in future orders- even despite failed first attempts(like with what happened to me). Overall, I like the chance at a discount and I appreciate someone trying to source that, it would just be nice if I knew what I was getting my money into as a consumer. Transparency will help you a lot.

Hi Evan, I'm sorry your first order with us didn't go the way it should have. We opened recently, and your order hit a problem we should have caught first. Thank you for pointing this out. You were right on both counts, and we've fixed them. Every product page now says up front that we buy your key from our supplier when you pay, that it's normally ready within minutes, and that you get a full refund if we can't get it. We've also changed our system so that when a supplier pulls a key, it comes off sale right away instead of staying in the store. Feedback like yours is exactly what helps a new store get better. Please check your email. I sent you a personal apology there.
