Great company! Supports MtG content creators and stands behind their product. One of my sleeves was dominantly white, and as such the card behind showed through; they offered me an exchange or refund- that's good customer service.

I emailed support about the status of my order. I knew about a delay but didn't hear anything for weeks after that announcement. Dylan answered my support request and explained the situation, to which I totally understood; case closed. Now here's where it gets good. A week later, Dylan emails me-they just packaged my order and shipped it. I was like, "Dang! I didn't ask for this..." But you know what? I super appreciated it.
