Everything they promised and quoted they delivered. From ease of purchase, to the specs on the machines performance to the quick and easy setup.. My only issue was paying extra for express delivery and that not happening. But this was a UPS issue, not Altair's. They shipped it express, UPS did not execute a express delivery.

Great team. I had some issues with a Bitaxe sheath I purchased. They patiently tried to address the problem, and once it was apparent a replacement was needed, they promptly shipped it off. This all happened over 2 days. No BS, they fixed the problem. I’ll buy from them again.
