Received a defective urlacher kit. Wires were detached from kit thus causing kit not to work. Didn't seem like there is a quality control system in place before shipping out product to customers. Had to pay return shipping to pay them repair. No responsibility!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. All Urlachers and kits are tested before shipment, but occasionally damage can occur during transit or installation which is outside of our control. Once we received your kit, replaced it and sent it back to you right away so you could get back up and running. As stated in our warranty policy, customers cover return shipping while we cover shipping back after repair or replacement. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly as possible. Thank you for your feedback. We will continue working to improve our processes. Altair Technology
