The higher the price, the lower the care.
I’m honestly shocked by the level of customer service (or rather, the complete lack of it) from Alpinestars. Over a week ago, I reached out via email to inquire about a few of their products that I was genuinely interested in purchasing. When I didn’t get a response, I followed up through their chat service four days ago, and still, absolutely nothing. For a brand that sells premium-priced gear, you would expect a standard of service that matches the price tag (or even any kind of that). Instead, the experience has been the exact opposite: unresponsive, inefficient, and frankly, disrespectful to potential customers. It’s unbelievable that a company operating at this level hasn’t figured out that customer service is a crucial part of product quality. Their loss, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Some companies seriously need to learn that ignoring your customers is the fastest way to lose them.
