Been with them from 2018, have participated in an audit and visited the vaults and verified the stored gold and silver. Continue to to purchase and use their services regularly. Always great service.

Heather, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure serving you!
I wish I could give a zero. Some of my friends sent their silver to be deposited into their UPMA account. They felt the deposit fee UPMA charged was reasonable. So I thought I would do it too. But when I did it, they took out almost twice as much percentage wise as they did from my friends a few months earlier. So I haven't sent any more in since... likely will never do business with them ever again if things can’t be made right. They made a huge change and didn't warn any of us. Not a good way to do business.

Thank you for your feedback. Deposit-related pricing is based on prevailing market conditions, and premiums can vary over time. This may result in differences in rates compared to previous transactions. All applicable fees are disclosed prior to processing, and deposits are not required to be completed if the terms are not preferred. We have not yet had the opportunity to review this with you directly and would be happy to do so. Please contact our team so we can provide further clarification. (801) 770-2565
Alpine has exceeded our expectations. They are patient and mindful in a market that can be confusing. Working with Austin Todd has made the process stress free. Highly recommended..
