Furthermore, we never charge a fee for physical tours, as in-person tours are simply not part of our standard process. 2. We sincerely regret the frustration caused by the hot water disruptions. Like any residential building, boilers can unfortunately experience unexpected mechanical failures. Our team, alongside building management, worked diligently to restore service as quickly as possible each time. 3. Our team never ignored your emails. We maintained consistent communication to provide necessary updates while actively troubleshooting the issue. Regarding property visits, we strictly adhere to a 24-hour advance notice policy for our residents, unless an urgent emergency requires immediate entry to ensure safety.
