My name is Megan This is the greatest hydrating cream I have ever used, all the things it claims to from hydration, to sunburn relief, as i no longer peel when i get burned it fades quickly and this cream kills the pain of a sunburn also alleviateing itchiness from bug bites, to extreme dry skin to the point of cracking skin, I use it all the time, I was turned on to this by Shannon in Great Falls Mt at the home and garden show I believe about 4 years ago, I usually buy 4 large jars and go through them 8n about 8 months its worth every penny and all yhe people who represent this company have been nothing but kind to me. I will continue to buy this product as long as they keep making it!!!!!

I bought this product (9 oz jar plus 2 travel size mini jars) at a Quilt Show in CO earlier this year. Quilting and sewing dry out your hands, so it made sense they were there. I absolutely LOVE this product. But the sales pitch was pretty aggressive, so I took a star off my rating for that. They wanted $60 for the 9 oz jar. I said no thanks, so they then threw in the travel jars and sold me the 3 of them for $40, so I said OK. I really love this product - it moisturizes without irritating my skin, and it is easily absorbed - no greasy residue. Plus you can use it on your face - or anywhere on the body, really. In the past I have used CeraVe (recommended by my dermatologist). It's good, but this is better. I plan to order more - probably on Amazon when there is a sale.

I bought cream at a home show in Indianapolis. I returned it with my receipt & cannot get my money back!!! They owe me $40.00! I have called repeatedly since November, it is now May 2026!! Very disappointed! Joyce Taylor

The salesman were at the women’s fair in Wichita, Ks They are nothing but scammers. Nathan was okay but the other guy was a jerk. He tries to force you to buy the crappy product and if you refuse he gets rude. Just avoid their booth if you see them. Dodged buying their products AND ended up buying better products from other vendors. Also I call them scammers cause they don’t have business cards or no way to contact them… it’s weird and a big no thanks! AVOID!

Company said they shipped a product but will not mail out another product when the shipping company they choose is not delivering the package. I am out $112. They have not honored their commitment to customer service. They said its out of their hands once the package leaves their place. What a joke. They should honor a shipment until it reaches you ...AVOID AVOID this company. They take your money and don't care if it doesn't get to you.

Product is great, but sales rep misrepresented it. I did some research and learned that you still need to apply a moisturizer (I was experiencing tight skin). Bottom line: Hawaiian Moon Aloe hydrates, need a moisturizer to seal it in—that was not mentioned by the sales rep. I'm amazed that after 2 days the wrinkles on my hands and neck are barely noticeable & sagging jowls are improving also (I'm 65). I went through a year of monthly facials and neck treatments but did not have these results.

I bought some of this product from an in person event, and was told there is money back guarantee, so I bought some. It was good, just not for my skin type, so I sent it back as instructed, and it has been 3 months and no refund at all. they won't even call me back or reply to emails. shady practices, promising what they won't deliver. Stay away, buy something else from people who actually care.

Bought a jar of this at a local Home & Garden Show. I knew better, but took a shot. I don't even think the product they used on me at the show was the same that is in the jar I bought. I've used it dailey for 2 weeks. Litterally every other moisturizer on the market is better than this. Skip this & buy sme Aveeno at Walmart.
