Hi Kathy, Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for any confusion regarding the search of our repertory. We understand the importance of transparency when it comes to the search and display of the songs that we represent. Our publicly accessible “Repertory Search” tool is updated daily and can be found on our website here: https://www.alltrack.com/repertory/ If you are still having difficulties locating or using our repertory search, we would like to understand and resolve any issues you’ve encountered. Please feel free to contact us directly with any feedback at [email protected]. Lastly, we are certainly not a “scam”. We represent real songwriters, composers, producers and artists, all of whom play a part in creating music that is widely available throughout the world. Our job is to make the rights to their music easily accessible to businesses and remit the license fees that we collect back to them in the form of royalties, so that they can support their livelihoods and families. We appreciate the opportunity to help and look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, AllTrack Support Team

Hi Jennay, Thank you for sharing this experience. We’re sorry for the experience you described and for the difficulty you had accessing support at the time. Being locked out of an account and unable to get timely help is not acceptable, and we understand why that would be frustrating. We really value this feedback and have updated our system to make it clearer that our support is provided by email rather than real-time chat.  If you’re still having any issues accessing your account, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your name and any email addresses associated with your account so we can investigate and resolve the issues you experienced. Our team will be sure to prioritize helping you regain access to your account and answer any outstanding questions. Regarding royalties, your play counts will appear quarterly once you’ve reached the first reporting quarter (see our reporting and payout schedule by rights type in our Help Center), regardless of whether you have met the payout threshold or not. Typically, when a creator does not see an earnings statement in their account, it is because they have not yet reached their first reporting quarter. We would be happy to walk you through the reporting and payout schedule and where to locate your earnings in your account if you send us a message at [email protected]. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to resolve these issues quickly. Kind regards, AllTrack Support Team

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and take concerns about support and royalty tracking very seriously. By way of background, ISWCs are not issued when certain pieces metadata were not reported to us, when potential duplicate songs exist, or when potential conflicts are identified by the system. To investigate this properly, please reach out to [email protected] with your name and the email address associated with your account. We would be pleased to resolve any issues you have. Thank you again for your feedback and looking forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards, AllTrack Support Team
