Rip off and don't care about it
Rip off for both cost of equipment and annual service contracts. Prices of supplies online are 10 times less than their pricing. Terrible customer service. Had to call 3 times for my AC to be fixed and they didn't even check basics. Had to have them out again twice to replace a mom-working pump. Don't throw your money on this place. Unethical

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We respect your perspective. However, we believe clarifying a few points is essential to provide a fair understanding for future customers. While it's true that some online prices for AC hardware may seem lower, it's important to note that these products often require professional installation, which is not included in the initial price. Our pricing takes into account the expertise, labor, and service quality we provide to ensure a safe and efficient installation, and we are absolutely no where close to the most expensive company on the block, and neither are we the cheapest, but we always provide value. We are committed to offering competitive and professional services to our customers. If you experienced any issues with our customer service or technicians, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team, so we can address your concerns directly for a satisfactory resolution. Give us a call anytime at 561-777-9888. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards, ATA Family
