Hi Dave, We’re sorry the terminal arrived with its interface set to Spanish. That’s not the experience we want for any customer. On the terminals we carry, the display language is a configuration setting rather than a limitation of the device, so in most cases we can switch it to English quickly, either remotely or by reprogramming it for you at no charge. If you’d still prefer to return it, we’ll take care of that too. Please call us at (888) 403-7066, and our team will either get it running in English or start your return right away. Thank you! — The Allstar Terminals Team
