Have yet to receive my order and you will not answer e-mails I am beginning to think this business is a scam big time. will not do business with them again

I order a hoodie in got it shipped thru express shipping and it's still not here or nobody answer the phone or they don't respond to emails or anything like what's really going on with this company is it real or not cuz now I'm getting mad cuz I feel like they played me outta my money

JUST CROOKS! 6 weeks have gone by and I am still waiting for my son's hoodie....no one answers the phone of course! I want a refund! this is UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I ordered a rug from this company at the end of July. Approximately 2 weeks later I received the product with the wrong name and info personalized on it. I sent them an email and a picture of the rug I had received. On September 1, after no response, I sent a message on Facebook and was told at that time it was late because of Covid. It has now been 2 months since I ordered this rug and still have not received my rug. They are not responding to my emails or messages either. Be careful!! They will steal your money.
