Dear Alessandro, Thank you so much for your kind words and the best rating! It's awesome to hear that we've met your Pulsechain needs. We're on this journey together, and if there's ever anything you want to discuss, just reach out. Appreciate you being part of our platform and sending you the best wishes!
I had high hopes when I decided to use Allnodes node and staking services for my crypto assets. From the beginning, the communication was poor, and their platform was riddled with technical glitches. I faced numerous delays in staking, and the promised returns were nowhere near what was advertised. Moreover, their customer support was unresponsive, leaving me feeling abandoned with my concerns. In the ever-evolving world of crypto, trust and reliability are paramount, and sadly, Allnodes failed to deliver on both counts. I would not recommend their services.

Dear reviewer, to address your concerns regarding the returns, it's worth noting that, most likely, you are referring to Ethereum. Since the APR for other coins, as presented on our site, tends to be accurate even over short one-day durations. However, Ethereum has consensus and execution rewards that might differ from standard staking returns. We understand the importance of clarity and would like to explain how Ethereum staking rewards are calculated on Allnodes. The Ethereum APR is calculated as follows: 2.96% of Consensus rewards plus 0.91% Execution rewards (according to today's rates.) The latter are calculated based on the rewards received in the last 28 days and are averaged for one year for all validator nodes hosted on Allnodes that have enabled MEV-Boost with all relay options. You can find this information on our website by clicking on the Ethereum listing and navigating to the question mark sign beside the word APR. It's important to mention that execution rewards are earned when your node successfully proposes a block. This typically occurs on the Ethereum network once in 4-5 months. Therefore, you should anticipate an APR of 2.96% + 0.91% over a longer duration, not just within a month. This is how rewards work for native Ethereum validator nodes. In the same time to exclude any concerns about our performance you can check our effectiveness score on the rated network website. Our score is one of the highest in our industry: https://www.rated.network/?network=mainnet&view=nodeOperator&timeWindow=30d We acknowledge that, although infrequently, there might have been technical glitches on our platform. Please know that we take such issues very seriously, and whenever they are reported via our internal chat, we aim to resolve them promptly. We regret the communication gaps you've experienced, apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Allnodes is a reliable service with a very easy to use interface. It takes the hassle of hosting your own server away, as they take care of all the updates and maintenance.

The best customer service ever. Fast and professional people. I was missing a lot before knowing Allnodes. You pay a fixed amount of money and the rewards are yours. Other services will cut a portion of your rewards but not Allnodes. Also I want thank Mr. Jagmot, he is helping and answering a questions in all platforms promptly.

Dear Amar, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and the 5-star rating! We are thrilled you had a positive experience with our customer service team and find our platform valuable. We appreciate you being part of our business and are committed to providing fast and professional service to you in the future. We will surely pass along your kind words to Mr. Jagmot and the rest of our team. Best of everything your way!
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Great customer support (Jagmot thank you) and simplifies staking to a much reliable and predictable manner. The 10% ETH fee is a little high or unnecessary, considering there is a monthly subscription fee in Cuck Bucks. Also there is no way to downgrade your MEV boosts options back to the base option after upgrading. So will forever be at a higher price with no recourse. So there is still room for improvement from Allnodes. Overall, would highly recommend if you are not in a position to reliably host your own physical validator.

Dear Breau, Thank you for your positive review and for choosing Allnodes as your staking and hosting solution. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns. Firstly, we would like to clarify that we do not charge a 10% Ethereum fee. Our pricing is transparent, monthly based, and can be found on our website. We offer different plans with varying features and prices and strive to provide our customers with the best value for their money. Regarding the MEV boost option, we understand your concern about the price difference between plans with and without MEV boost. However, we would like to point out that enabling MEV boost will increase your average monthly earnings by more than 1% APR (more than $40 in additional rewards per month) on the advanced plan, which only costs $5 more than the basic currently. Thank you again for your review and for choosing Allnodes. Our customer support team can always assist you with any questions. Wishing you ongoing success.
