My Willow's script arrive just as she's finishing up the last one. At one point I went to her vet to purchase more when I realized that the auto ship was not set up to be on time. a simple adjustment corrected the issue and now I get it on time.

I have used Allivet for my dog's heartworm and flea/tick collar since 2022. Every single year, including just last month, I have had to make numerous calls to try and get my order processed. They say my vet hasn't sent info; I call them and they say they have TWICE. I even have copies and proof of emails that are sent and yet they will still argue that they have not received. Not sure I will use them again because this routine has gotten really old. Please focus on getting your systems straightened out on getting these approvals cleared quicker I cannot provide prior years info,but the most recent order # is APO-03534011. Experience has been the same every year.

This company is truly amazing. The service reps know their jobs and are very happy to help and answer questions. My dog is having chemotherapy. Not only were the medications much more reasonable priced, they arrived quickly after approval from the oncologist. (I was being charged $37.00 to put pills in a vial.) Allivets communication is wonderful. When the order was placed, when sought approval, when hung up and not approved yet. Then when it was obtained and when it was out for delivery I was notified by e-mail. I never had to call them once during this process. They just do it, My first order was March 20, 2025. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them

It took a few phone calls to get this order straight, but I have been extremely satisfied with Allivet until this last order. It was finally taken care of, and thankfully my order was received before my dying fur baby ran out of medication. The representative also told me that if my baby passed after receiving the order to just call them and I would more than likely be refunded.(hopefully he will be around a bit longer)

Realized my pups anti-inflammatory meds wouldn't make it till the next autoship. Emailed Allivet about the situation. They updated and shipped. Got the meds quickly, and my pup didn't run out! Thank you Allivet

Most everything you need is available, often at better prices. If not better, definitively comparative to other online places. If you have an issue with something, customer service is available and gets the problem dealt with quickly.
