Excellent! Quick and good prices!

Found what I was looking for, which was unavailable at other online pet pharmacies. Lightning fast shipping (paid for 2-day, but received it next day). Will be using this site again in the future.

We had a terrible start with this order tat went nowhere for over a week, that resulted in me emailing twice and finally calling the USA customer service team from Hong Kong. Once the error was understood at their end, they were apologetic and paid for half the shipping to make up for the delay. So thankyou for the recovery.

Very good service but would make more money if there was free shipping no matter how much you purchase. The prices are the best!

Extremely easy process to purchase the product. Very fast approval by the vet as Allivet took care of it directly. I'm really satisfied with the product

The store gives me problems all the time because for some unknown reason the customer services does not keep their customers up to date with problems on their accounts.

My criticism is the service no the product. I placed the order and after a week contacted Allivet for status. They advised that they needed a Vet's name to renew. I asked them why didn't they contact me requesting this? Provided the info and waited another week to find out shipping status. Was advised would ship any day. After another week, I called again and they said they would ship out expedited shipping at no cost once it was ready. I said that I would be happy to pay for the expedited shipping if it would ship next day. Was advised they were unable to do that. So, I finally got it after three weeks. Next time I will purchase earlier.
