Up till this point my experience with Allivet has been very good. I went to the site today to order another supply of meds for my pet. The main banner is advertising black friday deals all prices reduced site wide. However, the prescription I needed to order actually went up, not down and there was no difference in the manufacturer price posted. I contacted customer service and was informed that I would continue to pay the price that I had been paying previously, so I guess we will see.

I have never had a problem ordering my 12 Year old Standard Poodle's pain meds. Allivet contacts my Vet and they approve the order and I receive the products. No issue. The price cannot be beat.

May be just me but I have a bit of difficulty navigating the site. I appreciate the prices and have learned a bit about the items we use. Shipping costs are not outrageous, and that too is appreciated these days.
