They accommodate me if there is an upset in any of my orders. They are polite and I just love getting my dog's meds from them.

Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to be your trusted Ally in Pet Pharmacy Care. Your support lets us know we’re succeeding in our mission to provide excellent service.
Great prices on Pet Meds, but there are process glitches with ordering anything with an Rx. Their system often does not recognize when I still have an active Rx on file and I have to contact customer service to resolve it. Sometimes, when I have to send in a paper Rx, it takes weeks for it to process. Again, usually requires contact with customer service. These are all issues I plan for now, but I will likely keep using them due to good pricing AND good selection of the various pet meds I need that some other Rx sites do not offer.

Your kind words are appreciated! Sending you well wishes during this difficult time.
Took way too much time and went online to see why I didn't have the meds after they finally processed it and see that it hasn't shipped. Had to call. None in stock. I started 14 days before I needed meds and now I have two days of meds left and there's a snowstorm. They never notified me that it wasn't in stock or that the order was to be delayed. I had to figure it out myself. Absolute zero confidence in them and will never purchase from again. Plus I have to run around now before the snow hits to try to find the meds.

Thank you for your honesty. We contacted you to address the issue with your order but did not get the opportunity to speak with you. Please reach out to us via phone, email, or chat, so we can work towards a solution.
Made an order Jan 4th. I had continued to check the status of my order and nothing had moved or been sent for 14 days. Finally reached out and found out the order I had made was out of stock and "they did not know when it would be fulfilled" I asked why I was not notified or in general I was allowed to make the purchase? The lady then hung up on me... Great customer service! Never again.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. A voicemail was also left in hopes of connecting directly. We’re sorry if any part of the interaction felt dismissive—that’s never the level of service we aim to provide.
