Horrible delivery.. I set up an auto ship account for my pet who has a heart condition and cannot be without his meds. They have missed the shipping deadline AGAIN. Such a major hassle to have to go through picking up the meds locally because they dropped the ball and did not ship when promised.

First time using them but signing up and applying for a Rx for my kitty went very well and pleased with my discounts! I'm looking forward to continue using them. It's great they will contact my vet to get the okay from them to purchase her Rx. My vet doesn't carry Revolution for pets so I needed to find elsewhere. I wasn't able to purchase from another vet that carried it because she wasn't their client and to do so, she needed to be seen. No thank you!! Looking forward to Allivet!! Thank you!!

the checkout was a long process. i had to answer several questions before i could pay for the things that i wanted to buy! but other than that, everything went well. i guess if you already had an account it would not have taken so long.
