My medication never shipped on time. It would be multiple days past the autoship date and no updates, no shipment, nothing. This happened on multiple occasions. I finally just cancelled my prescriptions and took them to Chewy.com. I have had no issues with my prescription since that point.

Any problems I have had with Autoship have been MY fault, and my Allivet contact has always been more than helpful. My rep today was Jocelyn, and she was terrific. I recommend a raise for her!
