Thanks for your review! We're honored to be your Ally in Pet Pharmacy Care, and we’re pleased to be part of your efforts to keep your pet happy, healthy, and active.
ALLIVET makes it easy to get my doggies medication’s delivered on time and as promised. They contact me if they need any updates from my vet and they always get my medication to me on time. When I had to redeem a coupon for rewards, they helped me out and everything went as planned. I definitely ALLIVET!

Very efficient delivery of autoship. My dog died as his lay shipment arrived and Allivet graciously gave a refund for medication along with very kind words for the loss of my pet.

Your kind words are appreciated! As your Ally in Pet Pharmacy Care, we're here to support you in any way we can. Wishing you the best during this difficult time.
I had forgotten to update my credit card on file, I had to cancel the one on there due to unrelated fraud. Because of my mistake of not updating the card, my dog was in danger of not having his heart meds for a couple days. I called Allivet and updated my cc information. Despite no error on their end, they shipped my dog’s medication next day via FedEx. I really appreciated that, and I am a very happy customer.
