Allison & Taylor Reference & Credential CheckingReviews of allisontaylor.com

I had a very positive experience with Allison & Taylor. Liz was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. When I raised a concern about a discrepancy in my employment verification, she followed up directly with my former employer, obtained additional clarification, and updated my final report accordingly. I truly appreciate her dedication, clear communication, and commitment to providing accurate information. I highly recommend Allison & Taylor to anyone seeking an independent employment reference check.

I paid for this service 4 business days ago and have not gotten any response

I kept interviewing for jobs. I thought I would get them. When I walked away afterwards, they would not return my messages after they were checking my references. After months of not getting a job, My mother helped me out and hired this company. I am a salaried manager. It ends up that since the general manager had left. The sales director was actually doing my reference. I was her boss. I always knew that she was mean jealous and resentful. I really didn’t know until this company. Did my reference check. Now the management company that is over. The property will be doing my reference checks. This will be handled. Thank you for all the great work. You all have done for me. Now I will be able to get a job.!

Paid for two reference checks and was never advised that they were completed to check the program, but once we did, we found that the information was mixed up as they listed a person on one reference that they spoke to that didn't work for the company, which made the information they related on both references untrustworthy. They advised it was a clerical error, but for what they are paid and the fact that they didn't even call the second company leads me to believe they are not detailed nor thorough. Will never use them again.

The staff at Allison & Taylor were unbelievably knowledgeable, supportive, and empathetic to my needs to conduct a reference check. They cared about me and my concerns and this was reflected not only in the quality of service they provided but in my multiple dealings with them. They were willing to go above and beyond for me and interacted with several different people and follow up with several different leads for no extra costs. I ordered the expedited service, which was incredibly affordable and completed within just a couple hours of purchase, something I was not expecting. This company has far exceeded any expectations I could have had, and I feel very lucky to have chosen them to assist me with such a stressful situation. They really wish to provide their clients with the best service available and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I worked specifically with Jeffrey who truly did more than what I paid for to give me all the information I need. Would extend my upmost recommendations, they are the only company I would trust.

All around positive experience.

Wonderful customer service and even more great service that helps push actual accountability with former employers. In a wild west world where employers were previously OK to lie or defame out of retaliation, this service creates a world where prior managers cannot do so without fear of it having legal consequences. Thank you for existing.

I can not believe I spent money on this company, not once, but twice. I thought it was a professional service based on the reviews , but instead I experienced first hand on two occassions a lack of follow-up, a lack of concern on emails I sent with questions, no real sense of urgency when you place a rush order and the icing on the cake is I order a service from the web site. What was given to me didn't match what I ordered. I was told I made a mistake, but if one would take careful notice the product I ordered was a service they offered, but I was told otherwise. A waste of money. A waste of time. What a true dissapointment.
