The training was thorough and absolutely accessible. This is a super versatile product that can make your head spin. All presenters gave examples we can use in real life; they walked through each one, and showed us how they do it. But I would say one the biggest gifts if their availability to answer any and all questions for the attendees with patience and expertise. Definitely recommend for newbies and experienced agents.
