I have had Alliance for many month in my house. I called to transfer my service to an apartment and had terrible trouble with the service tech. I called the customer center to get things straighten out, and it was a nightmare, until I was connected to Bill. He was able to help me with a very positive attitude and was able to answer and take care of everything I was concerned about. very thankful I was connected to Bill.

The installer was very polite and knowledgeable.
