ALLHDD.COMReviews of allhdd.com

allhdd.com is very user friendly, it was probably the fastest and easiest checkout I have ever experienced. I ordered my 2 4TB hard drives they were shipped quickly and packaged well! I would definitely order from them again!

I really like this because its really heart touching.so i give it 5 starsss!!!!!!

when I make purchases with this site and they do it fast and prompt delivery, I am very satisfied with the services provided. I will go back to the transaction and use its services back

It is a trusted website as my friend said me to buy anything online. they have good supporting stuff .

What a bunch of rude morons! Absolutely worst experience trying to purchase from these guys. I placed an order for an item that cost less than $150.00 but AllHDD "received a security flag" and requested that I fill out a credit card authorization form providing them with a copy of my card AND my driver's license!!!! Really? Anyway, be it as it may, that's their policy. I called to share my discomfort about sharing so much information and wanted to ask them if I could pay by a check, money order, or a cashier's check - whichever they prefer - but before I could even finish, [name] blurps "have fun, we're not going to waste our time with you" and hangs up! Absolutely the worst!!!

WARNING - THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. LIARS. RUDE. UNCARING. Placed an order on Tuesday morning. Noted it was "critical' that the item shipped out 2-day air delivery. Was given a tracking number, but UPS did not show it being picked up. Called and was told, "it shipped, UPS just hasn't updated their site yet". Well, the next morning came and still nothing. Called again - on hold for about 20min. Was told there had been a "problem" at the warehouse and it wasn't picked up. Was promised it would ship Wed. They lied again. Never heard anything on Wednesday. Tried calling - right to voice mail. Sent several emails - all unanswered. Had no choice but to go order the drives somewhere else and pay for overnight shipping. It's now Friday when I'm writing this and the tracking number still shows it's never been picked up. Turns out they later shipped the drives under a different tracking number, but never told me. Now they refuse to take them back. These people have no concept what the term "customer service" means. They caused me grief for three days (I had someone flying out to the site to install these parts) and they just don't give a s**t.

We placed an order for $9k for HDDs on May 21. After the order was placed all our phone calls, support requests and emails were ignored, or at least nobody has bothered to get back to us. We are very unsure if we will ever receive our order and we sent them the money by wire transfer - so we don't know if they just took our money and ran with it or are intending to deliver the product (since they won't communicate with us, how are we supposed to know?) ~~~ We've finally received our order, but much later than originally expected (weeks later). But my biggest complaint is that the company never responded to phone calls or email and they even ignored support requests placed on their web support portal. Even after I was finally able to get though to them (after trying several times a day for a whole week) and confirm that the order was being handled they still wouldn't answer any emails or phone calls when I was trying to get the delivery status. By this time I was in a panic to get my HDDs. I was almost ready to buy some from someone else for another $9k. So how was I to know when or if the order would be delivered? Particularly in the case of wire transfers - the customer needs to know that their money hasn't simply been stolen. I will never deal with these people again. It's without a doubt the worst business I've ever dealt with. They seem to think that the automated responses generated by their web site are sufficient customer service - well they are wrong.

They have low prices but the communication and service is AWFUL. I ordered Quantity 20 memory sticks. They called and said they had 5. I sent an e-mail telling them to go ahead and ship the 5. They wouldn't respond to e-mail or phone calls. I finally entered a case with Paypal. They gave me tracking for 3. I asked for a RMA for the 3 he shipped because I ordered them elsewhere after I couldn't get in touch with him (e-mail, phone, and even entered an unanswered case on their website). He called me a liar and so far won't give me an RMA even though his RMA policy says he will. Terrible experience. AWFUL Communication. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for a phone call and never received.
