I placed an order and no one has responded to my messenger - the respond email does not work- this company is a scam. Have to wait for my credit card payment to post so I can dispute. Please do not waste your money or you will be scammed.

We’re here to help and make sure you receive your order smoothly. 💛
I purchased 2 bags. Although they are beautiful, they have a very bad oder. I will never use them with this smell. it has been 2 weeks and smell is still as strong. also the free wallet is a different color than the bag. I was very very disappointed.

We’re really sorry to hear this and understand how disappointing that must feel. We’re glad you liked how the bags look. Sometimes new bags can have a slight factory smell from packaging and shipping, but it should fade after airing out for a bit. If it’s still strong after two weeks, please reach out to us with your order details and a quick photo of the items. We’d be happy to take a look and see how we can help make this right for you. We truly appreciate your feedback. 💛
I purchased a bag from here and it never arrived. After multiple requests to the company to inquire about the status i was told it was seized by customs. Although they did refund the amount i paid which i greatly appreciated they also said as a courtesy they were going to reship the bag complementarily along with a complementary LV bracelet to make up for the amount of time that had passed and the lack of customer service regarding the original bag shipping status. I did not expect the complementary bag and bracelet but was very happy with that part of customer satisfaction. It’s been a very long time since they said they would send me tracking information for this gift and all of my emails were ignored. I realize this is a gift and it was a lovely gesture but if they weren’t going to honor it i wish they had told me so rather than ignore me. I did not order this bag from a different company since i expected it from Alleyaccessories. I wish the communication was better from the get go as they would have never even told me about my original bag being seized if i wasnt relentless about contacting them. Very poor communication and i would not recommend doing business with this company

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry for the frustration caused by the lack of communication. We truly appreciate your patience throughout the process. As you mentioned, we did issue a full refund once we confirmed the original package was seized by customs, and we offered to resend a complimentary bag and bracelet as a goodwill gesture. We’re sorry if the follow-up updates about that shipment were not communicated clearly. That’s definitely something we’re working to improve. If you’re still open to it, please reach out to us again with your email or original order details, and we’ll be happy to check the status and provide an update for you. We truly value your feedback and appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right. 💛
My recent order was a LV purse and I received a small wallet with my order Everything was fine except the red paint on the strap and trim looks like it was done in a hurry But overall I’m satisfied with my purchase
