I have had several different case managers. None of them are consistent with their customer service. For the amount of money I'm being charged, they should be updating me on a regular basis! I have sent several emails with no replies. I just called and was left on hold until I was disconnected. Based on the initial conversations I had, and the amount of money they are charging me I really expect better service. This is a serious situation and I don't think they view it like that. The only consistent thing that occurs if they collect their payment every month! I would really appreciate it if they valued my business more!

I had a great experience with Tax Relief. The entire process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my options and what to expect throughout the process. Communication was consistent, and I always felt like my questions and concerns were taken seriously.

I was lucky enough to work with Gabriella Martinez at Alleviate Tax. Her customer service and professionalism was second to none. She was clear in explaining the next steps in my case and provided all the necessary contact information I might need should questions arise. I strongly recommend Gabriella and Alleviate Tax for all your tax needs…

The initial introduction was very professional, I can tell i was in the right hands and felt like a person not a number. Austin Smith was the person I had the pleasure of talking with, i call tell right away he cared and made me feel that Alleviate cared and will go the distance for me in my situation. I've had this weight on my shoulders for years and in just one phone call with Austin all that weight was lifted. Thank you Austin and everyone at Alleviate.
