I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Hanny understands that I don't totally understand all of the necessary procedures and paperwork to accomplish my financial goals and have an elderly persons grasp of computer skills. Everyone is so helpful, gracious, and patient! If I could give Strata more than 5 stars, I would. If I could give Hanny and Alex 10 stars, I would! I am very happy and confident in Strata.

Hawnie was so helpful. I know I can get the best service with the most friendly person. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease because of her caring ways. I couldn't get through this without her!!! I appreciate all the help. God bless you all.

It has been a pleasure working with Hanny Newlander. I've dealt with her for several years and she is always so accommodating and easy to work with. She is a great employee, always eager to help.

Ricky was very pleasant to work. He helped me get my payment through. He showed me how to get into my Strata account.

All personnel that we dealt with at Allegiance Gold, from starting our precious metals IRAs in 2021, to our recent distributions were true professionals, and provided outstanding customer service. Explained all processes clearly in easy to understand laymen’s terms.

Sean was SO very kind and patient from the start, especially when I hit a "snag" in the initial start up. I've never dealt with a precious metals person that explained things so thoroughly. Sandy was wonderful as well during the finalizing of everything and I felt as if my business really mattered to them both.

Ricky got ahold of me after two days of phone tag to help me pay my Strata fee. I wasn't sure how or what to pay and he set up a conference call and got it settled.
