Allegheny YorkReviews of alleghenyyork.com

We've been using Allegheny York for many years, mainly for custom or specialty seals. Recently, we've been turning to them for more 'standard' seals and O-rings due to the outstanding customer service (Alison) and quick turn-around. Since we are only on opposite sides of the state, we receive most orders the next day. AY's pricing is in-line with the other sources we use, but even on those few items which may be slightly higher, shipping charges are lower because of their proximity to us. Highly recommended!

Special thanks to Debi for finding the seals for my obsolete lift cylinders. I sent her pics and measurements late one evening, the next morning just after open of business, she called me and had already located them. Then she set up my account and they were on the way. I really appreciate the great customer service. Thank you, Charlie Frymire

Debbie in customer service was awesome! She helped me figure out what seals I needed for 2 hydraulic cylinders on a machine that the company that made it had gone out of business. I'm not a big company, but I was treated as if I were. I like that!!!

Very friendly, helpful & fast...had my parts in 2 days...Huge selection -if you can't find it they might not make it.

Easy ordering process. Good products, and fast shipping. Pricing was also good.

Very Quick Delivery, reasonable pricing, easy to navigate site and place orders.

I needed several quad seals for a piece of equipment. Apparently they're unusual sizes, since it took me hours to find a supplier that even offered them. Most other vendors wanted to send a quote, and would take much longer to deliver. Allegheny York was the ONLY company that had all seven of the quad seals I needed IN STOCK. Plus, they had their prices listed on the website, and I was able to order them directly from the website. Even better, they take credit cards, which meant we didn't have to set up a purchase order agreement in our payment system. I ordered the quad-rings around noon on Friday, and they were delivered by 10 AM on Monday. Fantastically fast turn-around, and that allowed me to get the equipment back in service the next day. I will DEFINITELY use Allegheny York any time I need more seals. They are great at what they do! I wish every other vendor was like them.

Super fast service! The price was right, the quality is excellent, snail mail shipping costs were low and got here just as fast as the 'next higher priced spread'! Will buy from Allegheny York in the future.
