Order shipped promptly

Ordered (2) Hirschmann 932627106 plugs from this company in late July (it's now mid-September)- our company had not received the parts nor heard anything back prior to leaving this negative review despite several voicemails left with their customer service department. After leaving this review the company reached out stating they had an incorrect email address for our purchasing department and were unable to contact us, but made no mention of why we received no response to voicemails left with their customer service department, or why we weren't contacted via the phone number provided with our initial order in July. At this point we have ordered the parts from another vendor and are cancelling our order with ADR.

Pricing was great compared to other vendors. The website was very easy to navigate and the checkout process was quick and easy. Communication around order processing time/delay after placing my order could have been better.

Got us a hard-to-find network switch, quickly and at a great price. Would definitely recommend them and will probably be a repeat customer.

Placed an order for an "in stock" item and received a quick order conformation. I needed the product quickly and paid more for it since it was "in stock". Then 7 days later receive and an email saying my order was canceled and they will be returning my money. Will not be buying here again.

Easy to find product and fast delivery

Great price, quick shipping. Only vendor I could find who actually had it in stock. I would highly recommend.
