Crystal is one of the premier luxury cruise lines. From the moment of boarding the Symphony, till final disembarking, we felt that we were treated like royalty. The food was excellent, the entertainment exceptional, and best of all we made new great friends. Our trip was planned and coordinated by All-Travel. The pre-cruise hotel was good and exceeded expectations.

Alice Gomez has been our travel agent for I guess ten years or so and we have a truly great relationship. Every detail I ask her to provide is well thought out and timely. This past trip a river cruise up the Rhine from Amsterdam to Basel required some back and forth as far as departure day and return, coordination of dietary restrictions on both the flights and the cruise itself and rail transportation after the cruise. All of that was done in an excellent fashion. She is working on our next cruise as well. I think of her as our friend in the travel business
