I ordered a product what was supposed to be an episcope. The page contained full description of an item that was advertised however, when i received the item, it turned out to be just a handle of an episcope and of a different model than was shown on the photo. It took AliMed a long time to respond to my inquiry with all the photos that I took of what the product should be and what it really is and response was them trying to convince me that the item I ordered was the same item that I received. It has been a week now since I responded to their e-mail and again, no response. I am NEVER buying from this company again!
